Welcome to our Pilates taster session!

This class is designed for beginners – whether you're completely new to Pilates or just curious to see what we’re all about. It’s a relaxed and friendly introduction where you’ll get a feel for the movements, the pace, and community – no pressure, no experience needed!

This session is exclusively for first-time attendees who haven’t tried our classes before. We want to give everyone a chance to try it out, so we ask that each person only books one taster session.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are fit and healthy to participate in this class and are not going against any medical advice in doing so. Please ensure that you have no undisclosed injuries or health conditions that may affect your ability to take part safely.

We do not accept liability for any issues arising from participation where such conditions are not disclosed. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the class if you are deemed unfit to practice safely.

Please note that all tickets are non-refundable. Swaps may be permitted if at least 48 hours’ notice is given and are subject to class availability. To request a ticket swap, please email our chair or contact us via our Pilates Instagram.
