Clothes to wear under your caving suits you don’t mind getting a bit wet and muddy. Synthetic sports clothing is best (i.e. a top and leggings) Consider wearing a fleece or thermals if you get cold easily. Cotton is not ideal as it doesn’t keep you warm when wet. (these will likely get wet and muddy)

Thick socks to wear under wellies

A pocket sized snack to take into the cave
-
Any personal medication
