1st All WHEELS TRIP OF THE YEAR TO SHERFORD SKATE PARK!!
Free & open to both members and non-members! So please come along, meet the committee and have a fun afternoon showing off all your tricks!
This event is open to all wheels and for anyone confident skating at a skate park:
(We advise those less confident on skates to avoid skating on ramps; however, areas around the park are flat and appropriate for beginners! Skateboarding instruction may be available, but this is to be confirmed closer to the date.) - If you are not sure this event is right for you, please reach out to the committee on Instagram or email; we are always happy to chat!
The committee will meet all those travelling by bus on top of the SU roof (Outside SU shop) at 10:45am. We will then walk down and catch a bus (£4 return) to Sherford, where we will skate until ~3:30pm and then catch the bus back and arrive ~4pm. Those wanting to meet at Sherford can arrive for ~11:30pm.
Though not mandatory, we advise all skaters to wear pads and helmets. These can be provided for free by contacting the committee before 19/9/25. We will not be able to provide skate hire at this event.

for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
