Saur kraut is incredibly easy to make and a German delicacy! Each attendee will get a step by step guide and demonstration how to make saur kraut from the basic ingredient that is white cabbage, salt and a little carrot to the finished product. Subsequent care for the saur kraut shall also be detailed and little leaflets on creation and care will be given to each attendee along with there own jar of saur kraut. Attendees should bring their own clean jar, however I will have some spare.

for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
