The NQP & Interview Process: What's it all about?

Hosted by - Para:Soc

This Zoom meeting will discuss the interview process at SWASfT for a Newly Qualified Paramedic (NQP) role. We will talk about our interviews, what online OSCE we had and any hints or tips to gain better marks, such as: Showing compassion, discussing guidelines, is there more than one patient? Etc.

Following the LDO interview process, we will discuss the HR interview, and some of the questions they may ask.

We will then have a chat about our NQP period, covering induction, HCPC registration and preceptorship.

This is a CPD event so you will gain a certificate for attending.
