This event will be purely run online through the student minds society pages on both facebook and instagram. We are aiming to fundraise for a mental health charity in which students can enter for £2 via the upsu website. Once entered, students can send in a photo via our email, facebook or instagram of their favourite self care during lockdown, whether that is taking their dog for a walk or their favourite skin care routine. All funds raised will go to our mental health charity and the winner will recieve a self care hamper which we will have created ourselves. We will be running this for 2 weeks in which we hope to share the different self care activities that students are doing to encourage the importance of self care, especially at a time like this.
