Weekly session open to ALL students at ALL levels of experience. Take a break with a relaxing lunchtime yoga session. Doesn't matter if you are new to yoga or experienced, anyone can join in. This session is delivered by a qualified coach via zoom.

Once you have purchased a free ticket if you go back to the front page of the event. Under the picture a 'join now' button with the drop down passcode will appear. This join now button will become active at the start of the event for you to click.
You do not need a mat for this session.
