We ALL experience stress and anxiety at some point in our lives. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming and impacts hugely on our mental well-being.
This workshop will give you a little bit of theory into how anxiety works and the rest of the time will be devoted to looking at very tangible ways you can manage your anxiety levels.
These run on an alternate Tuesday and Wednesday, term time, ie. week 1: Tuesday, week 2: Wednesday, week 3: Tuesday and so on.
