This event will elect a new Secretary for the society and present early trip planning.

In this social we will be running an EGM to replace our current Secretary whom has decided to step down. This role is a core role and we need somebody to take it in order for the society to be able to continue to opporate. We will also be giving a presentation on the discussions that we have been having about what we are thinking of doing for the Trip this year. All the information we have will be given and we will answer any questions as best as we can.
