Hi I'm Meg, and I study Mathematics with Finance, so the role of treasurer will not only be relevant to my course but playing with numbers is something I actually enjoy and I'm pretty good at it. I've been on RAG committee for a year already and have a good understanding on how things work and the scale of the money RAG raises. This year I took on the challange of Skydive Leader, and collectively my group raised over 19k for MIND. I was so proud of myself and my group and I decided I wanted to get more involved with RAG and help raise even more money for good causes. My role as Skydive Leader has improved my organisation skills, as I had to track and monitor my teams fundraising progress, as well as offer support and regularly meet with those who were struggling to meet targets.
