Coffee morning with student minds to discuss self care and more
We will be running an online coffee morning over Zoom for two hours in which we hope students will join us to discuss self care. We are planning to give a short presentation (between 5 and 20 minutes) around self care and what you can do to aid your mental health during this time. We will also hoping to give information on mental health support the university is providing to help signpost anyone that may need help during this time. The rest of the session will just be informal conversation so students have an opportunity to discuss anything to do with self care, as well as just being able to have a general chat with committee members and others that join

Please be aware that some of the University of Plymouth Students’ Union events may be attended by UPSU approved photographers and videographers, for capturing content to be used in UPSU and University online and offline marketing and promotional materials,
for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
