The Plymouth MP will be holding a special Zoom on Wednesday 3 February at 6pm to hear the views of students about the current restrictions.

The lockdown measures are hitting young people hard and within Plymouth, Luke Pollard is supporting students and young people especially hit by the restrictions.

There are around 30,000 students in Plymouth and they represent a really important part of Plymouth and the local economy.

As the MP for the area where most students live, Luke is keen to hear from students about their experiences and to hear their concerns and suggestions.

Luke will be holding a special Zoom on Wednesday 3 February at 6pm to hear the views of students about the current restrictions.

Luke is especially keen to hear the views of students in Plymouth and students from Plymouth about how the lockdown is affecting their studies, their mental health and get their views about the Government refusing to help students when it comes to rent.

Luke will also be joined by Emma Hardy MP, Shadow Minister for Further Education and Universities and will be inviting representatives from the three Plymouth Universities to either join the call or share their views and policies with Luke in advance of the discussion.
