Come and try out a run with the athletics club!
Hello everyone, we hope you’ve all settled in well and are ready to start athletics. Yes that’s right, social runs are starting up again next week! Timings are as follows and will be the same every week unless stated otherwise. Each social run is split into 3 sessions so you have more flexibility on which one you wish to turn up to depending on how far you want to run.
Tuesday-
6:30pm/5-6km
7pm/7-8km
7:30pm/9-10km
Thursday-
6:30pm/5-6km

Meet outside switch for all social runs. Track and trace details will be posted later. Bring water if you think you’ll need it. Check the weather before and wear enough clothes. Observe government guidelines including social distancing, COVID-19 symptoms and track and trace contact. Any questions feel free to ask! We can’t wait to see you all!
