Managing Stress and Anxiety
Coming to University can be an exciting time. It can also feel very daunting – meeting new people, facing unknown expectations of your course, worries about whether you are going to “fit in”, moving away from a familiar environment, etc. You may be experiencing some stress and anxiety about managing so much change. This workshop aims to give you some tangible strategies on how to manage any stress or anxiety you may be experiencing at this time.
