Some people feel anxious about asking for help but in this session you can ask any of the questions that you might have about counselling such as How do I get counselling?
Students seek counselling for all kinds of reasons. Some people feel anxious about asking for help but in this session you can ask any of the questions that you might have about counselling such as How do I get counselling? What can I talk about with my counsellor? Who will know what I talk about in counselling? Or anything else that you want to know! Come and ask us... we are here to help!
