An introductory session to the gymnastics club!

Come along and try out Gymnastics for FREE with our taster session at Plymouth Life Centre. We welcome you to come along no matter how much experience you may have had in the past.

Meet at the cash points outside the Smeaton building at 1pm. Or alternatively meet us at the Life Centre at 1:30pm.

We recommend comfortable clothing that is easy to move in??, sportswear is ideal. We ask is you don't wear any clothing with sharp objects like belt buckles, zips, poppers or studs. Long hair should be tied up and all jewellery removed or tapped.
