What motivated you to run for a Sabbatical Officer role and why do you think you would be a good Sabbatical Officer?
I was/ still am a student rep, and I thought this was a natural progression.
Why is the Sabbatical Officer role important?
The role allows for the smaller representative roles to be undertaken during course time, and facilitates the continual improvement of education at Plymouth University.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Handsome, humorous and humble.
If you could change one thing about the University, what would that be?
Less emails, I have been here for 4 years now and the number of emails that have no bearing on course or education has only increased. The ability to unsubscribe from at least some of these only makes sense.
If you could change one thing about the Students' Union, what would it be?
I would make it easier to contact, either one's student rep, head of school or another representative. Adding another button to the DLE would facilitate this as well as making it easier for students to remain anonymous.
Who do you draw most inspiration from and why?
I'm just a regular person, I'm inspired by nothing more the my own selfish desire to seem like the sort of person who helps folks.
What is your proudest moment so far and why?
I'm not a prideful man.
