What motivated you to run for a Sabbatical Officer role and why do you think you would be a good Sabbatical Officer?
Teamwork, to work in a challenging environment, to expect the unexpected are some of the reasons that motivated me to take up this role.
Why is the Sabbatical Officer role important?
As representatives we can put forth students ideas, issues, opinions. This role will also involve project partnership working with the university committee to name a few areas of responsibility.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Organised, considerate, dependable.
If you could change one thing about the University, what would that be?
Class learning should be made more relevant to real world experience, and also try to create a climate of support for students coming from different backgrounds and communities.
If you could change one thing about the Students' Union, what would it be?
Create a support group of past and present students to supports new aspirants with their academic journey.
Who do you draw most inspiration from and why?
Everyone whom I meet.
What is your proudest moment so far and why?
My first day in the University :)
