Our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of all our members, through understanding, empowering and delivering on their needs is more than just an ideal; it's something we want to actively track and monitor to make sure we're doing all we can to achieve it.
At the end of every year we publish an Impact Report – this document highlights all the work we've done throughout the year to make a lasting and noticeable positive impact on the lives of students.
