Although you may be one of 10,000 students who are not studying on the main Plymouth campus, UPSU is still your Union, so you should make the most of all we have to offer.

Any student registered at the University of Plymouth is automatically a member of UPSU, so you can register to our website www.upsu.com to get all the latest information about offers, activities, gigs, campaigns and contact information for your five current 'College Reps' and full-time Sabbatical Officers. The website is the format by which we run our elections so that partner college students can get involved too, so you can vote online to make your choice and help make changes to your Union.

Please feel free to get involved with all aspects of UPSU life, whether that be campaigning for change, becoming a course rep, coming along for a night out, volunteering with our volunteering department, playing in one of our sports teams, using our advice centre, writing for our student newspaper...

The list goes on!!!

There are two tiers to our representation system in partner colleges. First we have our college reps:

In our largest partner colleges we have part-time paid representatives to help engage with students. To get in touch with the reps, and read more about their work and plans, please get in touch with Nathan Gornall and he'll put you in contact with your appropriate rep.

- Petroc - Leilah Hoinville
- Somerset College - Verity Brooks
- South Devon College - Alan Willetts
- Truro & Penwith College - Heather Shaw
- City College Plymouth - Cezary Ostrowski

In all other colleges, please get in touch directly with Richard Garratt if you require any advice or support.

The second tier to our representation system is our course reps. These are extremely important and bridge the gap between the 10,000 off campus students and the Student's Union services. Course Rep recruitment will take place in late september and through October. If you are interested in becoming a course rep, talk to your course leaders, or alternatively drop us an email.
