Exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve mental health. It relieves stress, improves sleep quality, memory and boosts your general mood. Research shows that those who exercise feel a better sense of well-being and have more energy throughout the day. It has also shown that regular exercise has profound improvements on depression, anxiety, ADHD and many more. A small amount of exercise or activity can have a positive impact on your mental health and can be a powerful medicine for many common mental health concerns.
