Be Active, Reduce Stress (B.A.R.S)

Wellbeing referral activity project to assist you in your time at University.

BARS is a brand new project for the 2018-2019 year. The Student Union will be working closely with the University Wellbeing Services to give you more opportunities in your wellbeing journey. This is a referral project that enables you to access 8 weeks of free MGA activity, as well as other activities whilst gaining support from student ‘buddies’ and SU staff.

To access the project you must complete the online form through the link below. This will then go through to a triage process, if deemed low level mental health such as stress, anxiety or depression you will have the option of referring to the B.A.R.S. project:
