Icons - Mandatory

A Club or Society must meet the criteria to be affiliated with UPSU

 

  • Review, complete and sign off all relevant documents as required by the Sports Development and Societies and Activities Department. All documents on website up to date - Risk Assessment, Code of Conduct, Model Constitution, Development Plan, Inventory, Activities forms, Mandate form.Completed all relevant documents as required by the Sports &   Societies Development Department.
     
  • Miss no more than 3 forums throughout the academic year
     
  • Hold an Annaul General Meeting with recorded minutes by Easter and sent to the relevant co-ordinator
     
  • Review and sign off paperwork, paperwork on website up to date
     
  • Comply with all UPSU Policies and Procedures
     
  • Keep in touch with Societies and Activities Coordinator  (newly approved clubs/societies)
     
  • Core commitee must have attended compulsory committee training
