3 Step Personal Exercise Programme
Our personal exercise plan is tailored to meet your personal goals interests & needs. Whether it's your first time stepping in to a gym or training is your passion. Let’s us help kick start your year with a solid well rounded programme. Please see below our 3 step plan.
Step 1
Complete one of our exercise programme forms with all of your exercise history and any other information that may affect your Plan. This will help us get a clear idea of what you want to active from an exercise programme.
Step 2
One of our experienced instructors will evaluate your information then construct a programme tailored to you from the information you have supplied.
Step 3
Your Instructor will arrange a 60 minute session; in this session the instructor with explain your programme along with a practical demonstration in the gym.
Your instructor will be available to contact via email with any questions or advice if needed. Included within your plan is a free update.
