Hello and welcome to Plymouth University Meditation Society! At the Meditation Society, we inspire students to practice meditation for health and wellbeing benefits, because we believe that meditation is essential for our own wellbeing.
We will give you the tools that you need in order to get started in learning how to meditate. With consistent practice, you will start to feel less stressed and anxious, but instead, you will experience more relaxation and inner peace - an important skill to have as a student!
