-If you have not attended an event before, please complete a new participant form above
-Wear comfortable clothing
-Bring water
-Arrive 5 mins before session starts
-Purchase a ticket online or turn up and pay at Nancy Astor Sport Centre Reception
-If tickets have been taken down please turn up to the session as there are usually spaces
