Notes for session:
-Yoga mats provided
-Wear comfortable clothing
-Bring water
-Purchase a ticket online or turn up and pay the volunteer £3.
-If tickets have been taken down please turn up to the session as there are usually spaces.
-Meet on the ground floor of The House Building (building with the large TV screen opposite the museum) at 7:50am.
