Fantastic opportunity to access an Olympic sized swimming pool for free! We also have an option of an instructor lead swim session who will give advice on stroke technique, breathing efficiency and water confidence, letting swimmers improve technique
The Life Centre is a great facility and UPSU students are lucky enough to be able to access a FREE, yes FREE swim every Wednesday. We have an offer for everyone. You can choose to come along and enjoy swimming in an Olympic sized pool or if you aren't confident you can take advantage of our swim instructor. Our swim instructor will give advice on stroke technique, breathing efficiency and water confidence, letting you improve technique while still providing a good work out.
Worried about it being too crowded - We have a whole section of the pool allocated and just a small group swimming so there will be plenty room!
The session is free, though booking is required. Email rachel.miller@su.plymouth.ac.uk to confirm if you would like an open or instructed swim now!

for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
