Our Beginners flow style class led by the lovely Jules will help you to tone up whilst guiding you through the basic postures and techniques in a friendly, welcoming environment. A perfect way to start the week!

Yoga is not only a great way to improve strength, flexibility balance and posture, it is also a time for reflection and an uplifting practice that promotes physical health and mental wellbeing. Yoga can help to expel toxins, re-energise your body, relax your mind and help to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.

Yoga is playful; you don’t have to be strong or flexible to do yoga, it is through the practice of yoga that you will find your inner strength and become flexible. Yoga is for everyone, a great way to take care of ones physical, mental and emotional health. 

Our Beginners flow style class led by the lovely Jules will help you to tone up whilst guiding you through the basic postures and techniques in a friendly, welcoming environment. A perfect way to start the week! No previous experience needed and all levels of fitness and ability are very welcome.

Yoga mats are provided so wear comfortable clothing, bring some water and enjoy.
