• Demonstrate and evaluate the consistency, subtleties, and importance of effective verbal and written communication within scenarios. 
• Recall personal styles of leadership and how differences may occur in changing environments. (Link to personal areas of leadership)
• Consider developing an action plan for realistic goals to improve personal qualities of leadership. (Emphasis on adaptability)
