Try a new way improve your fitness and physique. Using gymnastic techniques, skills and equipment you will get a work out with a difference, as well as the opportunity to perfect a handstand, splits or back flip...or at least have fun trying!

MGA: have teamed up with one of the regions top gymnastics coaches to bring you a fun and challenging way to improve your fitness and physique. Using gymnastic techniques, skills and equipment you will get an all over work out with a difference, as well as the opportunity to perfect a handstand, splits or back flip...or at least have fun trying! No previous experience needed, suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. 

What do I need to bring? All you need is comfortable clothing and some trainers.

Nervous about trying something new? All of our sessions are suitable for complete beginners and we are committed to ensuring everyone feels comfortable. If you would like to be assigned a buddy to accompany you to the session just let us know prior to booking.

Have a disability or additional needs? No problem - Just let us know prior to attending the session.

No booking or membership needed - Just turn up!
