Bored of running on a treadmill? Why not try Powerbounce; a whole new workout that will put more than a skip in your step!

Getting bored of the gym? Want to get fit but have fun at the same time?

Powerbounce is a great way to lose weight, improve muscle tone, increase circulation, and relieve stress without a treadmill in sight! The sessions consist of energetic, led routines to upbeat dance music with mini trampolines!

Powerbounce is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

What do I need to bring? All you need is comfortable clothing and some trainers.

Nervous about trying something new? All of our sessions are suitable for complete beginners and we are committed to ensuring everyone feels comfortable. If you would like to be assigned a buddy to accompany you to the session just let us know prior to booking.
