Intramural Dodgeball Tournament CLOSING DATE

Please note this event is the closing date to enter into the Intramural Dodgeball Tournament that will take place on Saturday 11th March from 6pm at the Nancy Astor Sports Centre. All students at Plymouth University are welcome to enter a team into this fun and exciting tournament. Whether you have played Dodgeball before or not, you can enter with a group of friends, as a society or even representing a different sport club. This is a great opportunity to try something new, meet new people and have a laugh - Fancy Dress: optional!

By purchasing a ticket to enter a team into this league you are agreeing to the below requirements. Please only purchase one ticket for one team!

•   Each entry is based on a first come, first served basis and there is a max of 10 teams allowed.
•   The tournament will take place at the Nancy Astor Sports Centre on Saturday 11th March from 6pm
•   Cost: £14 per team
Please make sure of the following…
•   All players are fit to play and have no health issues that could be affected by participating.
•   All players respect one another before, during and after any sport that is played.
•   All players respect the decisions of the referee/organiser/member of staff.
•   Under no circumstances should bad language or violence be used.
•   All players pick up any rubbish that they have made and make sure the facility is left how they found it.
•   All players wear appropriate clothing.

Intramural Sport is designed to promote "participation through sport" at a semi competitive level. If you would like to meet new people, have fun and play sport at a level that is not too serious then the Intramural leagues and tournaments are for you. Anyone can enter into a league or tournament, whether you play a sport for a club already or you would like to enter with a group of friends from your course. All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome and there is a wide range choice, from Mixed Netball Tournaments to 11 A-Side Football Leagues. Please be aware that some of the University of Plymouth Students’ Union events may be attended by UPSU approved photographers and videographers, for capturing content to be used in UPSU and University online and offline marketing and promotional materials, for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
