In anticipation of November, we're introducing the NaNoWriMo challenge. We'll help you prepare and dish out plenty of useful long-form writing advice, so it can be enjoyed by all creative writers whether or not you're participating in NaNoWriMo.
As November is fast approaching (where has the time gone?), the Creative Writing Society would like to introduce you to the annual National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo, challenge. If you would like to kickstart a new writing project, or need some help making headway on your current work-in-progress, this one is for you! If you are interested in developing your longform writing, this one is also for you! We will be explaining what NaNoWriMo is, some background knowledge about past years, and support you in getting set up to produce some outstanding written work in the coming month.
Event photography and video
Please be aware that some of the University of Plymouth Students’ Union events may be attended by UPSU approved photographers and videographers, for capturing content to be used in UPSU and University online and offline marketing and promotional materials,
for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
