This online session will be an opportunity to learn about the AMAZING sport of Ultimate Frisbee
What to try a new sport? Bored of your current sport and want to try something different? Never done sport before and want to start?
If you answered yes to any of those questions (and even if you answered no) Ultimate Frisbee is the sport for you! High intensity, dynamic and incredible fun, suitable for all fitness levels, abilities and personalities. This online session is an excellent way to get a flavour for the sport, learn about what Plymouth University has to offer and why you should join!
