A quick, relaxing yoga taster session before the full timetable starts on 05th October. Take 30 minutes out of the day for yourself to de-stress and centre. All equipment is provided and sanitising station available.
Give It A Go Yoga Taster Session
The full Give It A Go timetable will start on Monday 05th October with restricted activities and limited numbers. Look out on the Give It A Go and What's On pages on the website to book a ticket for the activities.

You must purchase a ticket online to attend the event, you cannot turn up and pay on the day as the session has limited spaces.
