Four FREE workshops centrered around creating positive change are currently open to all University of Plymouth Students. The workshops are perfect for those of you looking to hold leadership roles in the future, and/or if you are looking to create change now within a current role you have (e.g. an elected student representative, leader of a student Sports Club/Society etc.). You can sign up and attend the full day (all 4 workshops), or just sign up for any combination of individual sessions:

Make Something Happen: Why it is essential to involve people in change?

What a WASTE!: Easy ways to measure your change and improvement. Understanding the different ways in which ‘waste’ can be identified, measured and prioritised.

Step By Step: Remember to find your problems before your solutions!

Working in the Shadows: Discover where change really happens.
There will also be opportunites to contribute feedback and ideas to potential changes in student facing University processes.

12.30pm to 1.30pm: Break, Meet The Team
1.30pm to 2.30pm: Workshop#3 Step by Step.
2.30pm to 3.00pm: Break, Meet The Team.
3.00pm to 4.00pm: Workshop #4 Working in the Shadows.
4.00pm to 4.30pm: Review and End
