Weekly session open to all students and experience.A social, partner dance that originated in the 1920/30s.The dance is about improvisation, having fun and connecting with the music. It’s impossible to go to a lindy hop session and not feel energised
We will start the class with a warm up of solo jazz steps that will form a routine commonly danced at social events, before moving on to lindy hop partner dancing. We rotate partners in the class so no need to find a partner before attending. Learning in this way will encourage you to dance with any partner, meet new people and hopefully attend a social dance in no time!

Time: 4pm – 5pm
Cost: £3.00 per person
Location: Nancy Astor Dance Studio
To ensure your space please purchase a ticket online. The session has limited spaces so if you don’t purchase a ticket please arrive early to pay at Nancy Astor and sign the register.
