What do we do?
Beach Projects involve spending the afternoon on the beach picking up litter and sometimes recording what we find to pass information on the local council. When the sun is shining we have also been known to have a Barbeque afterwards!

The Looe Monkey Sanctuary is just across the Tamar in a really scenic location. The sanctuary is home to rescued Capuchin and Wooly Monkeys. Sustainable Communities
Winnifred Baker Court
What is it?
Winnifred Baker Court is a project that brings students closer together with the older members of the community. This project aims to not only increase social activity with other generations but also to improve the image of students within the local community.
What do we do there?
What happens is, once a month the students go across to Winnifred Baker Court, and either play games with the residents, and assist those who are visually impaired and have hearing disabilities. Or it could be providing a tour of the campus, helping them at the Tea Dance, and genrally having fun! This project is perhaps the smallest volunteering project at the University but is very fun and will guarantee you a great time.
