► About Pole dancing

 

Pole Dancing has built up quite a seedy reputation in some peoples minds (this is very old fashioned) but it is great now to see that things are changing for the better.


What you may not know about pole dancing is that it is a high impact sport which will help allow you to become more flexable, strengthen your core muscles, improve your confidence and improve your posture.

You will be using all your major muscle groups so there is always a proper warm up and cool down in each session.


It is very important that you must consult your doctor if you have any injuries at all that may hinder your performance.

If you haven't already had an induction class, you will find it incredibally hard work but so much fun that you will want to come again and again and again!
