Our training sessions are:
Mondays: 6:30 - 7:30pm in Cookworthy room 404, 8-9pm at Pavillions pool.
Wednesday: 6-7pm in Cookworthy room 404
Thursday: 5-6pm at Central Park
Pool sessions are £1, Dry sessions are free
