Society rules

| This is where any rules the officers feel need enforcing shall go. I don't expect there will be much and most of it shall be a simple matter of good manners and international law, but I do expect them to be followed. | |

1.We are a games society, this is all we do and all society resources may be used for and all persons who use those resources must be members of the society.
2.We do not engage in any form of gambling. No moneys or goods may be at risk in any of our organised events, with the exception of society awards. 3.We do not engage in outdoor activates as these are not part of our mandate, including LARP. We therefore need not pay insurance. 4.All persons unable to attend a gaming session are to inform the person running the session in good time, 48 hours if at all possible. 5.Where this is not possible give as much notice as possible. 6.All resources lent by the society MUST be returned by the pre arranged date in a state similar to the one they received it in. 7.No explicit material of any sort is to be included in games unless the organiser has the prior consent of his/her players. 8.No materials may be distributed on this website or its forums that violated copyright laws. Be aware of what is and what isn't permeable under the Open gaming licence and d20 licence. Failure to operate under the above rules may result in action being taken.
