Our ‘This Girl Can’ event for International Women’s Day offers you a range of activities which celebrate what women can do.
Find your adventurous side on Ladies cycle or learn to dive or find yourself at our Wake-Up Yoga; be inspired by our guest Olympian or grab your friends and meet new ones at our Social Badminton, Swing Dance and Kickboxing classes. Whatever you choose our event is about feeling empowered not intimidated, having a fun not worrying about being better than the person next you and most of all being inspired to be active in whatever way works for you. All classes are suitable for all sizes, abilities, fitness levels.
SOCIAL BADMINTON + Healthy cake! Enjoy a friendly game of badminton and find regular playing buddies. In between games try our sugar free cake!
£2 per person. Places are limited - booking is required. **Ladies Only**
