Transport

Clubs and Societies can book vehicles for student activities. The attached Drivers Manual should answer any questions you have relating to transport for your club.

All transport must be booked at least 7 days in advance via a Vehicle Booking Form

When collecting vehicles for your club, an External Activities Form must be completed or vehicles will not be issued.

To drive for your club you must hold a current Drivers Cards. Drivers Cards are available at the Hive. To apply for a drivers card please complete the attached Drivers Registration Form and bring with both parts of your licence to the Hive. Conditions of driving can be found in the Drivers Manual.
