Terms & Conditions
1. We are The University of Plymouth Students’ Union, Drake Circus, Plymouth, PL4 8AA.
2. Entry into the free-prize draw (“Draw”) is subject to these rules and is open to University of Plymouth students as defined by the University of Plymouth. Proof of student status may be required to claim any prize and completed questionnaires will only be accepted from University of Plymouth students.
3. Employees (and their families) of UPSU and its subsidiaries, their agents and anybody professionally connected with the free prize draw are not eligible for entry.
4. To be entered into the Draw you must complete a feedback form in full and provide a valid [e-mail] address for us to notify you if you win.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted and anybody found to have submitted more than one entry will be disqualified.
6. There is two prizes of £150 and £50 worth of High Street vouchers for the best suggestion, comment or idea which will be decided by our Union Executive Council, in such cases where a decision cannot be made between more than one entries the prize will be split equally between the number of winners. In the event of no winner being chosen the prize will NOT be rolled over to the following year.
7. UPSU reserve the right to substitute the High Street vouchers with a similar retail shopping voucher of no less value.
8. The closing date for the draw is the 1st June annually. Only entries received by that date will be entered into the Draw. We will not be responsible for delays in entries reaching us caused by postal delays or for any other reason whatsoever.
9.. The winners will be notified by post, email or telephone with their prize on or before 1st July annually and the winners' names will be displayed on this website for fourteen (14) days after the date of the draw.
10. The closing date for this promotional shall be the 27th May or any date sooner as decided by UPSU. Any change or notification of the closing date will be published on the website at least 14 days before the close.
11. To obtain a list of the winners' names send an e-mail to info@upsu.com between 27th May and 8th July.
12. The decision of our Union Executive Council in all matters under our control is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the results of the draw will be entered into.
13. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the prize draw at any time.
14. We reserve the right to publish the prize winner’s name and/or pictures for future publicity and promotions.
